    The Fertility Essentials Consultation:

    Perfect for those needing reassurance and direction while navigating the challenges of fertility.

    Single 90-minute consultation that includes the following:

    Pre-Appointment Preparation: Understand what to expect at your initial fertility consultation, discuss key questions to ask your provider, and review relevant medical history.

    Recommended Lab & Testing Overview: Learn about important lab tests and diagnostics that may be helpful to request based on your unique health and fertility goals.

    Cycle Tracking & Ovulation Optimization: Guidance on identifying fertile windows, tracking ovulation, and maximizing conception chances naturally or with medical assistance.

    Lifestyle & Nutritional Support: Recommendations on diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes to support reproductive health.

    Emotional & Partner Support: Navigating the mental and emotional aspects of trying to conceive, including stress management and partner communication strategies.

    Guidance on Next Steps: Understanding potential fertility treatment options, from timed intercourse to IUI/IVF, and how to advocate for your care.

    The Fertility Comprehensive Consultation

    Perfect for those needing reassurance and direction while navigating the challenges of fertility and would like follow-up care.

    A total of 3-Comprehensive Sessions that include the following:

    Session 1: Everything from the Fertility Essentials Package (90-min)

    Session 2: Follow-Up Session (60 min)- Review lab results, adjust your fertility plan, and discuss next steps based on your providers recommendations

    Session 3: Final Support Session (60 min) – Ongoing cycle tracking, emotional support, and preparation for conception or fertility treatment options.

  • For those undergoing fertility treatments (such as IUI or IVF), I offer professional, RN-administered injections in the comfort of your home.

    Clients must provide their prescribed medication, supplies, and physician instructions.

    This can be added to either the Fertility Essentials Package or the Fertility Comprehensive Package for seamless support throughout your journey.

    Pricing Options:

    Single Injection (1-visit): $75

    Injection Package (3-visits): $200

  • For those of you who are beginning fertility treatments and need guidance on administering your medications, this class will ensure you are confident and prepared. Whether you’re learning to self-administer injections or a partner will be assisting, this session provides hands-on-training, trouble shooting, and personalized support to ensure a smooth experience. The class includes the following:

    Injection Technique Training: Hands on guidance for preparing and administering fertility injections (e.g., progesterone, gonadotropins, lovenox).

    Safe & Confident Self Administration: Learn proper needle handling, mixing medications, and reducing discomfort.

    Partner Training: If a partner will be assisting, they will receive step-by-step instructions for safe and comfortable administration.

    Troubleshooting & Q&A: Address common concerns, side effects, and best practices for successful injections.

    Customized to Your Medication Protocol: Tailored to your specific treatment plan, whether for IUI, IVF, or other fertility treatments.

     For families seeking experienced guidance but do not want or need in-person support, this package is for you. The package includes:

    ✔️ Two virtual prenatal coaching sessions (60-min each)

    ✔️ Phone/Text/Email support throughout pregnancy and 2-weeks postpartum

    ✔️ On-call support via phone/text from 38 weeks until birth

    ✔️ Virtual labor support through 1-hour after birth of your baby (if desired)

    ✔️ Two virtual postpartum check-ins (60 min each)

    ✔️ Access to our exclusive online portal with additional handouts & resources

    ✔️ Help in finding referrals to local resources

    Best for those giving birth in a hospital with partner support or outside the service area.

  • Led by a Registered Nurse & Certified Lactation Counselor our postpartum support packages are tailored to fit you and your family’s needs. Bringing a baby home is a beautiful and transformative experience, but it also comes with new challenges and adjustments. Our postpartum support packages are designed to provide compassionate, hands-on care and most importantly giving you the confidence to navigate the unpredictable moments.

    The Lighthouse Postpartum Package– Illuminating your path to rest, recovery & confidence.

    This package includes the following services:

    ✔️ Physical and emotional support of mom and partner (listening to your birth story, fears, frustrations, concerns; monitoring your postpartum recovery

    ✔️ Baby care education and support (assistance in bathing, feeding, comforting the baby, cutting baby’s nails, organizing the nursery/your home, etc.)

    ✔️ Breastfeeding Support: Lactation & infant feeding support from a Certified Lactation Counselor

    ✔️ Nutrition: Preparing simple, nutritious snacks in home for mom

    ✔️ Light housework related to mom and baby (such as baby’s laundry, cleaning up after baby’s bath time, straightening up nursery, washing bottles/pump parts)

    ✔️ Recognizing what is beyond the scope of “normal” and connecting you with community resources & when necessary

    ✔️ Referrals to other professionals as needed.

    ✔️ Virtual Support: via telephone, text, email

    What I do not offer:

     I do not diagnose any medical conditions for you or your baby or give you medical advice. If you bring to my attention or if I notice anything of concern, I will refer you to an appropriate health care provider.

     I do not make parenting, medical, or other decisions for you or speak for you. I may assist you in finding information and resources, or remind you of your decisions as previously discussed.

     I do not take overall care of your baby. My goal is to help you become confident and secure in your own abilities as a new parent and family.

    Postpartum Doula Investment:

    Daytime Support: $65/hour (minimum of 4-hours per visit)

    Nighttime Support: $75/hour (minimum of 8 hours per visit)

  • Evidence based lactation counseling to support you on your breastfeeding journey. Whether you’re preparing during pregnancy, navigating the early days, or facing challenges like latch issues, low supply, or pumping concerns, I offer personalized guidance to help you meet your feeding goals. My sessions are available in person or virtually, ensuring you get the support you need, wherever you are.

     Please note that services, advice, and recommendations will not be rendered during this session. This is a 15-minute phone call to “interview” each other and assess to see if I could help with achieving your goals. If you have decided to move forward with services you can then proceed to booking one of our package options listed below.

    The Milky Way Package

    $225 / 2.5 hours) 

    Lactation Support for Every Stage.  A single in-person lactation consultation to ensure you and your baby start off smoothly. Includes the following:

    ✔️ One (30-min) call to discuss areas of concern, breastfeeding goals or any questions you have prior to a scheduled in-home visit. This can be scheduled in the prenatal or postnatal period.

    ✔️ One in-home postpartum lactation consultation (90-min) that includes:

    ✔️ Birth experience and medical history

    ✔️ Breastfeeding goals and concerns

    ✔️ Baby’s weight, feeding patterns, and diaper output

    ✔️ Observation of a feeding session/latch & positioning assessment

    ✔️ Milk supply evaluation

    ✔️ Weighted infant feed if indicated (pre and post feed weight check)

    ✔️ One (30-min) follow-up phone call to check in 1-2 weeks after initial appointment

    Great for parents requiring immediate breastfeeding assistance or for those that prefer virtual support

    ✔️ One 90-minute call to discuss areas of concern, and your breastfeeding goals to help solve any lactation challenges that you may have.

    ✔️ After your appointment, you will receive a simple plan of care and follow up phone call within 1-week to ensure that you’re on the right track and making progress.

    Prenatal Lactation Prep:

    $150 / 60 minutes

    For expectant parents wanting ongoing support or a personalized breastfeeding class, this session helps you feel confident and prepared before your baby arrives. We’ll discuss your infant feeding goals, what to expect with newborn feeding patterns, how to establish a healthy milk supply, comfortable nursing positions, and what a good latch looks like. I’ll also answer your questions and ease any concerns you have about breastfeeding. This is your private, one-on-one breastfeeding class, tailored just for you.

    LOCATION: In your home or virtually via Google Meet or Zoom

  • Birth and Postpartum Doula Bundle- $3500

    Led by a Registered Nurse, with years of experience in women’s health and a passion for educating and empowering families our birth doula postpartum support packages are a valuable addition to add to your established birth team and will be a welcomed addition to your postpartum recovery.

     The North Star Package includes:

    •  2 In-Person Prenatal Meetings

    • Personalized care focused on meeting your individual needs and values.

    • Phone/Text/Email support throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

    • Curated guidance for your partner or support person.

    • Support creating and writing up a “Birth Plan” & “Postpartum Plan”

    • On-call for you starting at 38 weeks’ gestation through the birth of your baby.

    • In-person labor support through 1-2 hours after your baby is born.

    • Use of tens unit during labor (if approved by your healthcare team)

    • 12-hours of postpartum support broken down into 3 postpartum visits at 4-hours each. Each visit will be tailored to your family’s needs. These visits will need to be scheduled in advance and used during the first 30 days after birth.

    Support may include the following:

    • Lactation/feeding support

    • Talking through and processing your birth

    • Emotional support and encouragement

    • Help with postpartum recovery

    • Newborn care support

    • Baby care while you rest

    • Light housekeeping
