Birth Doula SupporT
Our professional birth support includes but is not limited to:
✔️ Two 60-min prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences and comfort measures
✔️ Support creating and writing up a “Birth Plan”
✔️ Curated guidance for your partner or support person
✔️ Phone/Text/Email support throughout pregnancy and 2-weeks postpartum
✔️ 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks pregnancy through birth of baby
✔️ In-person labor support through 2 hours after the birth of your baby
✔️ Immediate postpartum assistance with initiation of skin to skin and breastfeeding
✔️ One postpartum follow-up visit to see how you and baby are adjusting (60 min)
✔️ Access to our Birth Doula Client Resource Library

Not every family wants in-person labor support. For those who want expert guidance and preparation without on-call coverage, we also offer education and birth planning support without labor attendance.

Includes:

In-depth conversations focused on your birth preferences, comfort measures, and common decision points during labor and birth

Collaborative support writing a clear, flexible birth plan that reflects your priorities and can be shared with your care team
